Ordering and Payment The Customer can order Services by using the Company's website. The ordering process is completed once the Customer confirms the order and makes the payment. The Company accepts payments via credit card, PayPal, and other methods described on the Company's website.
Cancellation and Refunds The Customer may cancel any Service within 24 hours of booking without incurring any fees. After 24 hours, the Company's standard cancellation and refund policies apply. The Company reserves the right to cancel any Service at any time and will provide a full refund to the Customer in such cases.
Delivery The Company will deliver all Services via email, online account, or other electronic means as described on the Company's website. The Company will provide the Customer with all necessary information and documentation related to the Service.
Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights in the Services and the Company's website belong to the Company. The Customer may not use or reproduce any of the Company's intellectual property without the Company's prior written consent.
Amendments The Company may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended Agreement on its website. The Customer agrees to be bound by any changes made to this Agreement.
Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and the Customer and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
By using the Company's Services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
